    See "Inventing Kin" along with five other short films at Cinema Paradiso

    ART OF INVENTING: Us Miamians are especially proud when films are made here. "Inventing Kin," a story about a girl attempting to reconnect with her estranged family through inventing, will be playing at Cinema Paradiso along with five other short films. The film is all Miami, and stars Marc Macaulay ("Transporter 2," "Bad Boys" and "Monster") and Elvin Lima ("The Incubus"). Tickets are $10, and can be purchased on the website. 9 P.M.

    THE WALWORTH BUNCH: Murder? Suspense? Family Drama? Count us in! The Edinburgh Fringe First Award-winning play known as"The Walworth Farce" will be at theAdrienne Arsht Center until November 7. It's a startling insight into what happens when we become stuck in the stories we tell ourselves about our lives. Move over, Kardashians, the Walworths are giving you a run for your money.  8 P.M.
