The Miami City Ballet does their annual dancing of The Nutcracker at the Broward Center this weekend, for just a few performances before circling back the Magic City and the Arsht Center on the 17th. Comedian Margaret Cho's career has had its ups (the early 90's) and downs (um...everything since). But she's recently enjoyed some of those downs in public on 'Dancing with the Stars' alongside equally 90s-ish people, so perhaps in some bizarre way she's right back where she started, with good jokes and a dead-on impersonation of her alarming mother. One way or another, she'll also be performing songs off her new song-comedy album, "Cho Dependent." Catch Ms. Cho at The Fillmore at 8 p.m., $30 and up.
