12/16: We Don't Think You're Ready for This Chelley

Music, stains, and a good thrashing

STAIN FIGHTING POWER: Have that stain you just can't get out (insert Billy Mays -- R.I.P. -- pitch here)? Don't bother trying, Dirty Hairy's weekly party is the one stain you don't want to get out. This week's festivities include a rockin' performance by Chelley, along with your regulars Danny Daze, Contra, and Ross One. As usual, if you RSVP to info@epoplife.com, you get in free before the clock strikes 12. LIV Nightclub, 11 P.M.

MUSIC TO OUR EARS: The Israel Philharmonic Orchestra opens the 2009-2010 Sanford and Dolores Ziff Classical Music Series with guest conductor Pinchas Zukerman. From Tchaikovsky's "Romeo & Juliet," to Haydn's "Symphony No. 83," you can be sure your ears' musical thirst will be quenched. John S. and James L. Knight Concert Hall at the Adrienne Arsht Center, 8 P.M.

THRASHER FILMS: Cue the "Jaws" music, but change the scenery to an ice rink. This'll be the Panthers' new theme song, because tonight they'll be doing the sneak attack on the Atlanta Thrashers. Bring it on, our big kitties look hungry. BankAtlantic Center, 7:30 P.M.
