12/4: Go Toward the Twilight

New Moon madness, Maher ballsy-ness, and Radio Slave awesomeness

TWI-HARD FANTASY: It's obvious that a Twi-hard's voracious appetite for the saga is insatiable, but the folks over at the Twi-Life Fantasy Twilight Convention are sure as heck going to try. Quench your thirst (pun intended) with a weekend of special appearances by Dr. Cullen (Peter Facinelli), Emmett Cullen (Kellan Lutz), Eric (Justin Chon), Laurent (Edi Gathegi), and some of those sexy werewolf boys from "New Moon." The weekend's chock-full of parties, panel discussions, autographing and photo opportunities for everything Twilight. Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty Six, 7 P.M.

ON THE BILL: Whether you love him or hate him, one thing's for sure: he tells it like is. Bill Maher will be stopping by SoBe to bring his in-your-face, politically incorrect quips and satire to sunny (read: humid) Miami. From Comedy Central to HBO, he's shown us just how much fun ballsy-ness can be. Visit Ticketmaster for tickets. The Fillmore Miami Beach, 8 P.M.

SAFETY FIRST: We tried to, but it's impossible at this point to go one day without talking about Art Basel. Our pick for tonight is Radio Slave, presented by SAFE. Frontman Matt Edwards has worked on re-edits from Kylie Minogue to New World Order, and who knows, he might just remix awesomeness and take it to a whole new level. Grass Lounge, 11 P.M.
