1/8: Put on Your Tutu, Saturday

Ballet at the Arsht, art in Wynwood and live music at the Stage

CASE AND POINTE: Choreographer Twyla Tharp is known for her fun, spunky stage style, so be prepared for something somewhat un-ballet-like tonight when the Miami City Ballet performs Tharp's Baker's Dozen at the Arsht Center, along with George Balanchine's La Sonnambula and Western Symphony. 8 P.M.

WALK THIS WAY: To Wynwood's ever-growing Art Walk, which happens the second Saturday of each month. Cruise in and out of galleries, sip complimentary wine and cocktails, then head to one of the area's many restaurants, including Wynwood Kitchen and Bar and Morgan's. 8-10 P.M.-ish.

SET THE STAGE: It's night two of The Stage's weekend-long opening party, and that means live music by Robbie Hunter, Brendan O'Hara and Xperimento. 7 P.M.-2 A.M.
