Everyone's favorite girl from "The Hills" AKA Lauren Conrad is not just a pretty face, but she can write, too. The reality show star will be debuting her second book, slightly based on her Hollywood life, at Books and Books in Coral Gables tonight. The purchase of the book gets you in line for your very own LC signature. 7 p.m.
VERY HAPPY HOUR: Is there really anyone who doesn't love happy hour? What about happy hour that starts at 4 p.m? Tonight is the grand opening of The Webster's Rooftop lounge. The '40s inspired 3rd floor hideaway is covered in comfy white wicker couches, gorgeous foliage, and turquoise flamingos. So, not only is the view pretty ridiculous, but cocktails like Kaspiarinha (the Russian version of a caipirnha) and a long list of beers all start around $8 (not bad for South Beach). Til 1 a.m.
