Illusions at the Colony, Mary Jane at Jazid and Reggae at Purdy light up tonight
FUNNY GUYS: Miami definitely put on a good show this past weekend. But nothing like the Kevin and Caruso's Magic & Comedy Show, which is tonight at the Colony Theater on Lincoln Road. There will be levitation, trained animals, sexy show girls, hundreds of costumes, Thanksgiving Day Parade like floats and of course so serious comedy. Tickets start at only $20, so come check out what is putting Vegas to shame. 8:30 P.M.
MARY MONDAYS: Is your favorite color green? Maybe it's because you're Irish, or perhaps because it's the color of cold hard cash. Well, Jazid on Miami Beach loves it for another reason, and were not legally allowed to tell you, if you know what we mean. Tonight they celebrate everything green with Mary Jane Mondays. Not only with DJs being playing funk, classic, hip-hop and reggae, and the kitchen will be cooking up free chicken wings till midnight. Can ya dig? 10 P.M.
ONE LOVE: Need some love today? Head to Purdy Lounge's One Love party, which brings Reggae to the SoBe spot every Monday. With feature performances by Jean P. James of Deep Roots and dance hall in the back with DJ Governor Lee and DJ Junior Green, there is no way you won't be feeling the groove. We all know Purdy is famous for there no hassle at the door attitude, so, can we all get together and feel alright? 11 P.M.
