BAD TO THE BONES: Going to the same places all time can not only get boring, but becoming a "regular" somewhere isn't always a good thing. To change things up a little, check out Miami's Ecco Lounge. Located in downtown, the 7,000-square-foot lounge offers revelers innovative nightlife events brought to you by the famous POPLIFE team. Tonight, the mega space will be invaded by Bare Bones, a new weekly Thursday party that is sexy mod fun where underground elitists are encouraged and outlandish pop culture is inspired. And if you call yourself a lady, you drink for free from 11 P.M. to midnight. 11 P.M.

BURN IT UP: If you get home tonight, look at the stove and decide that tonight is just not the night, we understand. We have too many great restaurants in this city to not splurge every once in a while. Tonight, Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach will host a culinary cook-off between their own executive chef Marc Debas and celebrity chef Marc Cummings. Guests will enjoy fine buffet fare and witness cooking demonstrations by these two masters of cuisine. It might be a little pricey at $85 per person, but this isn't your mama's buffet line. The food extravaganza will include passed canapes, appetizer stations and main course stations, which will be prepared by the chefs themselves. Bon appetite! 7 P.M
