Electric chairs, pendulums, and garrotes – essential tools for the perfect execution. “Instruments of Torture through the Ages” displays the vicious devices used for European executions in the 16th and 17th centuries. The exhibit will run through August 29th at Miami’s Freedom Tower. Costs range from $7 to $15.
