HOLD THE SPICE: In its eighth season, most  Miamians are privy to the two months of finer food bliss known as Miami Spice. For the few that have not marked their calendars yet, from August 1 to September 30, 119 of the classiest eateries in Miami offer a price fixed menu and welcome you to try their fancy fare. At up to 60 percent savings, no restaurant is off limits. Check out Hakkasan at the Fontainebleau, Emeril's Miami Beach or the Forge Restaurant and Bar to name a few.  Dinner and dessert set at $35 per person.  Start the crawl tonight. 

STRETCH OUT: The time is now to jump on the yoga train. Flex your muscles, take a deep breath and enjoy the bayside view at this free class in Bayfront Park. It’s time to learn the downward facing dog, the cobra pose and cat from 6–7:15 PM every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. After a good stretch, join the self-defense class and kick your way to ultimate power. Beginner adults are welcome.

HAPPY BLUES: This lounge is so exclusive they have their own vodka. The Van Gogh Blue Vodka is featured in many sweet martinis. Along with the beautiful décor, and staff, Blue Martini Lounge features great music and nightly specials. A daily happy hour from 4–8 PM offers discounted drinks and half priced appetizers. Martini Monday also offers discounted Van Gogh specials and bottles. Band takes the stage at 8 PM and DJ spins at 11:30 PM.
