LAUGH IN: There's nothing funny about the end of a three-day weekend, but Cinema Paradiso is trying its hardest to turn your frown upside down. Tonight is the last night of their Labor Day Comedy-A-Thon, during which they'll screen "A Fish Called Wanda" followed by "Monty Python and the Holy Grail." 7:30 P.M. and 9:30 P.M.

LAUGH IN SOME MORE: We think Carlos Mecia was born hispanic for the jokes. If so, he's definitely run with it, turning cultural sterotypes into laughs on his now-defuct show, Mind of Mencia, as well as in his stand-up routines. Catch one of those said routines tonight at the Miami Improv. 7 P.M.

POWER TO THE PEOPLE: You've make it through Monday, congrats! You deserve a drink. Phillipe thinks so, too, so saddle up to the bar for their Power Hour (which is actually two hours) and order up a Lychee Martini, Shanghai Philippe and/or Midnight Mojito for $6. 6-8 P.M.
