Yep, that’s right. They are still alive. We don’t know about the new or the kid part, though.

Feenin’ for a stroll down memory lane?

Well the Fontainebleau Hotel is offering you one around the block - as in New Kids on the Block. Yep, that’s right. They are still alive. We don’t know about the new or the kid part, though.

The group is performing at Liv nightclub on Thursday as part of a benefit for cancer research and a 40th birthday party for boy-band member Danny Wood (wow, has it been that long?).

Quick, can you name the other four members of the group? OK, we know you can’t, but it’s Joey, Jonathan, Donnie and Jordan. (Marky Mark Wahlberg wasn’t really a member and no he isn’t expected to show up at the club.)

Booking the event was quite a coup for the ultra hip Fontainebleau, which recently hosted Regis and Kelly for Cinco de Mayo. We hear Century Village had the inside track on booking the NKOTB reunion.

We kid, we kid. Apparently, the former teen sensations still have some appeal on South Beach. Premium tables for the event have already sold out at $3,500 a pop (get it? pop, like the fizzy pop music NKOTB is famous for).

Some lucky guests will even get to carry Danny’s birthday cake. When we say lucky, we mean shelling out $15,000 for the honor.

But if you don’t feel like getting that close, you can pay the general admission $40 cover and groove to “You Got It,” “Didn’t I Blow Your Mind This Time,” and other late 80s hits from the “original” boy band. And don’t forget to bring your NKOTB tape cassettes or vinyl. We're sure asking Danny for his autograph would make his day.
