Thursday started with temperatures in the upper 70s and partly cloudy skies in South Florida.
We will see a mix of sunshine through the morning hours, then showers and storms will move in by the afternoon. They will move from west to east, with some storms becoming strong.
Parts of South Florida could see heavy rain at times. The unsettled weather will stick around for Friday as well, with showers and storms mainly in the afternoon and evening hours.
By the weekend, we will return with more of an easterly flow, meaning rain chances will go down. We could still see scattered showers and storms this weekend, but fewer than we saw this week.
