Calm conditions will hold on to start our Monday before afternoon storms unfold again. Some storms could be strong and bring some heavy downpours to South Florida.
Before the storms start, expect highs around 89 under partly sunny skies.
A few storms are still possible on Tuesday afternoon with highs reaching 88.
By mid-week and carrying into Friday, hot and hazy conditions will settle into South Florida as dry, African air moves in to the region.
