Few Showers Expected Monday

Partly to mostly cloudy Monday with temps in the lowers 80s in South Florida

South Florida skies will be partly to mostly cloudy Monday as a few showers are expected to develop. Like the weekend, the widely scattered showers will move onshore.

Early temperatures will be in the low to mid 70s and will peak in the lower 80s this afternoon. Though a few showers will be around, plenty of dry times are expected.  Rain chances are at 30 percent.

With easterly winds at 10-20 mph, the rip current risk will be high today at Atlantic beaches, so people are advised to swim safely.

A moderate chop is expected on Biscayne Bay and Florida Bay.

Clouds will partially clear tonight, and Tuesday will be nice and bright.
