Scattered to numerous thunderstorms possible as we head through the rest of your Wednesday afternoon. Plenty of tropical moisture is being ushered and will leave us in a wet pattern over the next few days.

Strong storms may develop and with them impacts include heavy downpours, frequent lightning and gusty winds. With rain forecasted to stick around through at least the end of the week, we could be looking at flooding issues. As of now, keep an eye on low lying flood prone areas to first see the flooding issues.

Keeping the umbrella handy will be a good idea through the weekend with the heaviest rain to be Thursday and Friday.
