There will be heavy rain in the lower Keys Sunday morning.

Deep tropical moisture from a tropical wave passing to our south, is giving us enough instability to fire off heavy rain. There will continue to be a moisture spill into South Florida through Sunday and Monday. That will keep rain chances at a 50-60 percent chance through Monday night.

Expect heavy rain, lightning, and possible flash flooding in certain locations. Conditions will also be breezy Sunday and Monday.

By Tuesday, there should be another dose of African Saharan dust move into the area. That will dry the area out and make temperatures feel like the triple digits. There will be hazy sunshine Tuesday through Thursday.
