Mostly Sunny, Highs Around 91 Monday

Mostly dry weather expected in South Florida Monday

A mostly sunny and drier weather pattern will kick-off the week with highs topping out around 90 each afternoon, which is average for early July.

Shower and thunderstorm chances will be suppressed for a few days as high pressure and a dry atmosphere dominate the region.

For Monday, expect mostly sunny skies and highs around 91 with east winds picking up to 10 mph. This will drive any showers inland through the afternoon hours.

The area will be mostly clear and muggy tonight with lows at 78. The pattern repeats Tuesday with highs around 90.
