Temperatures will climb from the lower 60s to approximately 80 degrees Wednesday afternoon as mostly sunny conditions are expected to continue in South Florida.
A touch of fog is possible in the western suburbs of Broward and Miami-Dade this morning. Any fog that develops will dissipate by around 8 a.m.
It will be a mostly sunny and pleasant day with highs near 80 degrees, an excellent day for enjoying the outdoors, with a low risk of rip currents at local beaches.
Highs in the lower 80s will continue through the weekend, and rain chances will stay low this work week. We may see an isolated shower late Friday or early Saturday. More likely, spotty showers will pass through Sunday along a cold front.
