Tropical Storm Bret Moving Away From U.S.

Bret expected to dissipate as it moves out to the Atlantic

Tropical Storm Bret is moving slow and will continue its track into the Atlantic and away from Florida.

The storm was approximately 200 miles north of the Bahamas and moving away from the islands Tuesday morning with maximum winds at 50 mph.

For the next few days Bret will move towards the northeast, missing both the United States and Bermuda.  It does not present any hazard to land.

By early weekend, the Tropical Storm is expected to dissipate.
