Widely Scattered T-Storms Friday Afternoon

Highs in mid 80s as clouds increase

Friday will start in the 70s and reach highs in the mid 80s in South Florida, as the forecast remains similar to Thursday.

Increasing clouds will lead to widely scattered afternoon thunderstorms.  An isolated shower is possible in the morning, though many areas will stay dry.

Shower and thunderstorms will develop Saturday and may become strong to severe from the afternoon through the overnight. It will be muggy with highs in the low to mid 80s.

The current forecast involves t-storms diminishing by noon Sunday. Some partial clearing is possible during the second half of the day.  Highs will peak near 83 degrees and it will also become windy.
