“Killed by Dessert” at Momofuku Milk Bar Brooklyn, Sounds Good to Us

"Killed by Dessert," ah yes, sounds like a lovely way to go. Imagine the country's best pastry chefs serving you their favorite desserts all night in the company of other fellow sweets lovers. That's exactly what's going down at Momofuku Milk Bar Brooklyn on Monday, January 16.

Big-time chefs Michael Laiskonis, former executive pastry chef of Le Bernardin, Brooks Headley of Del Posto, among other notables, join Momofuku co-owner and chef Christina Tosi to bring you a culinary adventure you'll never forget. Experience ultimate decadence at a special pop-up dinner to be held at the Williamsburg location of Momofuku Milk Bar.

The chefs will personally introduce you to some of their favorite desserts in an intimate dining experience. Dessert with the finest in town--now, this is worth putting that New Year's resolution on hold for just one night. The list of the participating chefs include:

Bill Corbett, Executive Pastry Chef of The Absinthe Group
Brooks Headley, Executive Pastry Chef of Del Posto Restaurant
Christina Tosi, Pastry Chef/Owner of Momofuku Milk Bar
Francisco Migoya, Associate Professor of The Culinary Institute of America
