A mix of music and fashion will be taking place on Wednesday at the 6th annual SPLASHION event at The Fillmore Miami Beach.
The event is an unofficial kick-off to Swim Week and will feature a fashion show including Miami Dolphin cheerleaders as models.
One of the main highlights of the event will be the first South Florida performance from Norwegian duo Nico & Vinz, with their summer single, “Am I Wrong.”
“We’re just excited to play this new music and see how people respond to it,” said Vincent Dery.
Their latest song, “Am I Wrong” has topped charts throughout the nation. It is currently #7 on iTunes and in the top 10 on the Billboard charts.
“That’s a dream coming true and it just shows that anything is possible if you really believe in yourself and work for it,” said Nico Sereba.
The popular duo will also be performing “Am I Wrong” on NBC’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on July 21.
Nico & Vinz is working on a new album, “Black Star Elephant,” that is set to be released in the fall.
