The “Spirit of Uganda” tour is making its way to South Florida on March 1.
The South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center and Culture Shock Miami will collaborate to bring the family event, according to a news release.
The “Spirit of Uganda” is a dance and music show that celebrates cultural roots and features melodic tones of standing drums, dramatic choreography, layered rhythms and call-and-response vocals.
The show has a cast of 22 performers, all between the ages of 10 and 20.
“Spirit of Uganda” will take place at the South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center Main Stage located at 10950 SW 211 Street in Cutler Bay. Parking is free. Tickets start at $5, click here to purchase.
