For its premier runway show, men's designer label Felio Siby will unveil its fall collection of handmade clothing in South Beach at Bâoli on Thursday, September 12 at 8:30 PM. The father-son design duo, Felix and Dominique Siby, create savvy and stylish American made garments that incorporate the wonders of African, European and American culture. Beer Garden at Gramps
 
Less than a year after breaking into the South Florida scene, Duvel’s lighter, draft-only golden ale – Duvel Single, will be the featured beer at this month’s Wynwood Art Walk Beer Garden which takes place this Saturday.  Enjoy ‘Beat The Clock’ Specials: $2 from 6 to 7pm; $3 from 7 to 8pm and $5 from 8 to 9 pm. The event is part of a new art walk series featuring complimentary Duvel Single and Sparky’s Roadside Barbeque at Gramps Bar. Whole Foods Supports our Troops
 
On Saturday, September 14, guests are invited to support U.S. military troops at the “Be a Kid Again Care-Packaging Party” hosted by Whole Foods Market – Aventura. Whole Foods Market is partnering with America’s Moms for Soldiers and the Boys & Girls Club of Broward County to host a “Care-Packaging Party” at the BGCBC Carver Ranches Club. From 10 a.m. – 1 p.m., kids will have the opportunity to write “thank you” notes to soldiers and put together care-packages filled with games, toys and snacks. In addition, a care-package donation drive will take place in the first two weeks of September; items including decks of cards, comic books, Sudoku books, tension balls, dominoes, travel-sized games and hygiene items will be collected. Donation drop off locations include Whole Foods Market Aventura; Aventura Waterways K8 Center; and Virginia A. Boone Highland Oaks Elementary School. A healthy salad bar lunch will be provided for volunteers after the event. All volunteers must register in advance.
