Cocktails and cigars were on hand over the weekend for a birthday celebration for Jimbo's Place proprietor Jimbo, who turns 84 on April 15. The octogenarian is known as "the friendliest man on Earth" and the owner of the infamous Key Biscayne hole in the wall.
