Real Housewives' Marysol Patton On Her Mom: She Is Really Funny

Four weeks into Real Housewives of Miami, talks amongst the reality loving community are about everything from Lea Black’s no nonsense communication to Cristy Rice’s party crash. But the biggest standout so far is no doubt Marysol Patton’s mother, who she says is sure to outshine any of the wives.

"She is really funny!" Marysol told Niteside at the Eden Roc Miami Beach. "People love her. She says things and I’m just like, ‘Where does that come from?’ She never hurts anybody, she is just really funny. She will definitely be bringing belly aching laughter."

As we all watched the public relations powerhouse who owns local firm The Patton Group get engaged last week, she admits she wasn’t ever sure the show was meant for her. Or if Bravo even wanted her.

“I thought I was being punked the whole time. I thought they were just letting me film with everybody. I felt like I wasn’t really in it. I didn’t think I was fabulous enough to be in the gang. But in the end, I had fun.“
