Ryan Seacrest Finally Unloads Posh Digs for $11M

With the new season of "American Idol" set to debut this month, host Ryan Seacrest can focus on his hosting duties and rest easy because he finally sold his gated Hollywood Hills West estate for $11 million, reports the Los Angeles Times. Seacrest had been looking for a buyer for this lavish estate since 2010 when he first listed the property for $14.95 million.

Seacrest, who is also credited with producing "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and "Food Revolution", scooped up the the spread back in 2006 for $11.5 million from filmmaker and actor Kevin Costner. The A-list celeb owners of this property don't stop there. The Mediterranean-style home was also once owned by Academy Award winner Richard Dreyfuss.

The estate, which Costner, Dreyfuss and then Seacrest have all called home, features 10,000 square feet, a gym, wine cellar, screening room, six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. There's also a tennis court and swimming pool on the property.
