First Look: “Jackass 3D”

Not much to report, just a delightful image of Johnny Knoxville sporting a powder-purple tuxedo and stars-and-stripes helmet while flying through the air on a jet-ski in a scene from "Jackass 3D."

Jeff Tremaine, the brilliant director who brought the first two "Jackass" films to life, is behind the camera yet again to chronicle the previously uncharted idiocy explored by Knoxville and his band of merry morons, including Bam Margera, Jason "Wee Man" Acuna, Steve-O and Christ Pontius.

“It’s utterly crazy. Everything in 3-D looks as brightly colored as candy. I’m a cameraman on it, and it’s amazing to watch the footage being turned 3-D, like watching everything through a viewfinder,” cinematographer Lance Bangs told The Sunday Times back in May.

Paramount and MTV will be screening footage at Comic-Con this week, hopefully we'll be able to gank it for you.

"Jackass 3D" comes out Oct. 15. Color us stoked.
