New “Eat Pray Love” Trailer Is Here

Julia Roberts stars in "Eat Pray Love," the film adaptation of Elizabeth Gilbert's best-selling memoir about her year stuffing her face in Italy, finding her spirituality in India and finding Mr. Right in Bali.

Watching this second trailer we are still left wondering why it is that when a man has a midlife crisis, we all feel a little embarrassed for him, but when a woman does, it's spiritual journey to the center of her self?

Hey, if Gilbert's happy, we're happy -- it just seems like there's an ugly double-standard at work here.

Ryan Murphy, who made his bones writing and directing episodes of "Glee" and "Nip/Tick," directed the film and co-wrote the script with Jennifer Salt, best known as Eunice Tate-Leitner from the seminal sitcom "Soap." The cast includes James Franco, Javier Bardem, Billy Crudup, Viola Davis (someone please surrender this woman) and Richard Jenkins.

"Eat Pray Love" hits theaters Aug. 13.
