But Fernanda Carneiro's abuela honed the local designer's clothing construction skills, which let to jobs designing for the likes of BCBG Max Azria and dressing such celebs as Roselyn Sanchez. Now, Carneiro is one of GenArt's Fresh Faces, and she'll be showing her collection - think colorful and free-spirited -- at arts organization's Wednesday night fashion show.
