Before you go shopping for ingredients to whip up that fancy Thanksgiving day meal, you may want to consider having Red, The Steakhouse do all the work for you. For just $199, renowned Chef Peter Vauthy and his kitchen will be preparing Thanksgiving dinner-to-go packages that come with all the basics a la gourmet style. Each package feeds a party of four. To start, is The Red House Salad which includes baby greens, candied walnuts, Westfield Farms goat cheese and raspberry vinaigrette. Then there’s the main dish: all-natural free range turkey filled with apple sausage stuffing which you can dip in apple cranberry sauce with fresh orange juice zest. Side dishes include creamed corn, house made bread, gravy, whipped potatoes and your choice of either apple or pumpkin pie. Heating instructions are included and orders may be placed for larger parties.
