NBC 6 is a proud to support the Caribbean community and celebrate Caribbean American Heritage Month with the Caribbean Village Music, Arts, Food and Wellness Festival, which will be held Sunday, June 25th starting at 1pm at the Lauderhill Sports Park located at 7500 W Oakland Park Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33313
The family friendly event will feature live Caribbean music, arts and crafts, cooking demos and cook-off competitions, health and wellness pavilion and more – all in support of The Galleon Foundation’s mission to provide assistance to financially disadvantage children through scholarships and mentorship programs and ensure they have access to a great education and prepare them for success in the future.
