    Weather wise, warmer temperatures have arrived in the area with highs expected to reach the mid-70s for much of the week before another cool front is scheduled to arrive on Friday.

    No. 1 – Man caught on camera yelling racial slurs at MLK rideout participants

    This happened on the Brickell Avenue bridge near 8th Street. You see people on bicycles taking part in the event began yelling at drivers on the road and blocked traffic. Witnesses tell NBC 6 that's when an angry driver got out of his car and pulled out a gun yelling expletives.

    Miami Police say they arrested that man, and are reviewing the video. At least 37 people were arrested in this year's "wheels up, guns down" events.

    No. 2 - Lady Gaga, Bradley Cooper among Oscars nominees

    "Roma" leads the way and the Netflix foreign language film would be the first foreign language film to bring home the top honors. Oscars are February 24th in LA and rumored to go host less for the first time in 30 years!

    No. 3 – Singer Bebe Rexha lashes out over Grammy dress comments

    Her latest post has a lot of people talking after slamming designers who allegedly told her she's "too big" to dress for the Grammys. She's a size eight and says "empower women to love their bodies instead of making girls and women feel less than by their size."

    Designer August Getty responded to the post offering to make her a gown as did Tom Costello.

    No. 4 – Singer Chris Brown detained in France over rape complaint

    An official said one of the others detained is Brown's bodyguard, adding they were detained Monday and remain in custody.

    Brown has been in repeated legal trouble since pleading guilty to the felony assault in 2009 of his then-girlfriend, Rihanna.

    He completed his probation in that case in 2015. NBC News reached out to Brown's manager for comment and is waiting for a reply.
