Khloe and Lamar Finding a Place to Call Home

The couple may be leasing a condo at the W Dallas Victory Residences

It looks like Khloe and her husband, new Dallas Mavericks forward Lamar Odom, are getting closer at finding a place to call home.

After Tweeting, "Give me a break I just moved here. Im finding a place 2live, furniture shop, &decorating hotel 4Xmas LOL," the couple is reportedly eyeing a unit at the W Dallas Victory Residences.

"They really want Uptown," Real Estate blogger Candy Evans told NBC 5. Evans says the couple is looking for a one-year lease or less on a local property, which could rule out buying a home outright.

Some properties the couple has looked at include the Ritz Carlton, the Azure, and a unit at the W Hotel that is owned by Tom Hicks' son Matt Hicks.

Evans says Rogers Healy has a signed agreement with the couple to be their Realtor, but wouldn't confirm a deal is complete.

Some speculate that unit at the W could actually be for Rob Kardashian, brother of Khloe and an oft-appearing cast member on the Khloe and Lamar television show.

The defending champion Dallas Mavericks open the regular season against the Miami Heat on Christmas Day.

NBC 5's Justin Hinton contributed to earlier versions of this report.
