Miley Cyrus Says Her Family Is Good

Things are apparently going well in the household of Miley Cyrus.

In an interview with The Associated Press, the pop singer said that her family is spending more time with each other in the wake of her parents, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus, calling off their divorce. It’s giving Miley some peace of mind, as she is about to get ready for her international tour.

"I think it's good, especially when you go on the road,” she said. You have to make sure everyone is happy before you start traveling, you're away. My family is good. They are stoked for tour. As long as I'm happy they are happy.”

Some of the previous troubles surrounding the Cyrus clan included Billy Ray speaking to GQ about the effects of celebrity on Miley, and the announcement that he and Tish were getting a divorce back in October, according to People.

Miley Cyrus‘s “Gypsy Heart Tour” will take the singer to South America and Australia. However, she has no plans to hit the U.S. at the moment.

"I just think right now America has gotten to a place where I don't know if they want me to tour or not,” she told the AP. Right now I just want to go to the places where I am getting the most love and Australia and South America have done that for me. Kind of going to the places where I get the most love. Don't want to go anywhere where I don't feel completely comfortable with it."
