Model Denies He's Mr. Madge

Jesus Luz says he and the Material Girl are "just friends"

Madonna's pet boy toy is busting out of his leash.

Brazilian model Jesus Luz denied this week that he's dating pop diva Madonna, saying on a TV show in his home country that he and the Material Girl are nothing but good pals.

"She is my friend, only my friend," Luz said on Brazilian TV show "Fantastico," where he dished about his so-called platonic relationship with the "Like a Virgin" singer.

The 22-year-old male model said he "admires" Madonna but denied claims he and the star, nearly 30 years his senior, would commit to each other in a Kabbalah-style marriage ceremony as reported earlier this month.

"Madonna is a person who I admire very much, a friend who has entered my life and [with whom] I keep in contact," said Luz, who's currently shacking up with Madge in her Manhattan apartment.

"I cannot say anything more than I don't have plans of marrying her. I can't say if she is the woman in my life," he said.

Luz also poked fun at his tabloid "boy toy" moniker, saying he doesn't care what the rags say about him or his personal relationships.

"Frankly, I never give importance to what others say about me. They can write that I'm a 'toy boy' or 'boy toy.' And I won't care," he said.

Madonna's cradle-robbing fling with the blue-eyed Luz began earlier this year after she put the brakes on her alleged tryst with Yankee slugger Alex Rodriguez. Rodriguez has since moved on -- he's been seen stepping out in New York City with actress Kate Hudson.

Madge and ex-hubby Guy Ritchie split late last year.
