Nancy O'Dell Shares Pregnancy Tips & Scrapbooking Secrets

Access Hollywood's own Nancy O'Dell has been on a press tour promoting her new book, "Full of Life Mom-to-Mom Tips I Wish Someone Had Told Me When I Was Pregnant."

Nancy recently was featured in Pregnancy & Newborn magazine, offering advice from her book to upcoming moms-to-be. And in that April feature on Access' co-anchor, she revealed one of the most fun things about having her adorable daughter, Ashby.

"To see everything through her eyes now. Because it is all so new and exciting to her, everything becomes new and exciting to me, too," Nancy noted.

And Parents magazine also featured Nancy in their May 2009 issue, where she offered a look at her pregnancy scrapbook.

Start with "an empty scrapbook," Nancy noted. "[Use] acid-free paper to prevent deterioration. It's also a good idea to use plastic sleeves."

Nancy also noted you should put things in your book about how you told your friends and family about your pregnancy "and how they reacted" among the special written-down memories.

And, for the first time ever, Nancy appeared in a bikini, to front First magazine's May 11, 2009 issue. There, she shared tips for how she shed her pregnancy weight with the help of Lisa Rinna's trainer, Jeff DePeron.
