ROLL CALL: Fantasia Gets Real With New VH1 Show

Your Daily Dispatch of Celebrity Shenanigans

New Girl On The Reality Show Block: Move over Bret Michaels and Tiffany "New York" Pollard – VH1 is about to get a little more fabulous with a lot more Fantasia! The former "American Idol" champ has landed her own reality show on the cable channel, premiering in 2010, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The series will reportedly chronicle the singer's life as an artist and a single mom. We hope Paula Abdul makes an appearance – though we love her each week on "Idol" – we sure do miss the antics and breakdowns she shared with us on her Bravo reality series, "Hey Paula."

A Little Less 'Housewives': Spoiler alert! "Real Housewives of New York City" star Jill Zarin, recently underwent breast reduction surgery, The New York Post's Page Six reported. "She feels 20 pounds lighter," an associate of Jill's told the paper. "She said she was a G-cup." Bravo was reportedly trying to keep the surgery under wraps in order to reveal it on the next season of the reality show – which begins taping next month – but the transformation was reportedly too obvious. Let's hope her co-stars/frenemies are nice to Jill while she recovers.

Whoopi Flies The Friendly Skies Again: Speaking of celebs recovering, Whoopi Goldberg, who has an extreme fear of flying and has been known to take a bus from New York to LA – has braved the skies again! "The View" co-host recently flew to London, The New York Post's Page Six reported. She flew on a private plane with a doctor who has sedatives on hand just in case she began to panic. "I had a guy with me, but I didn't need it," she told Page Six. "I'm kinda proud." And now that she has conquered her fear – the sky is the limit for the Oscar winner. "I'm going to fly to the West Coast to surprise my daughter," she added. Hopefully Whoopi's daughter doesn't read Roll Call or Page Six, or we've helped just ruined the big surprise!
