Diana Ross Still Performs After Limo Crash in Bethlehem

"I ask you not to worry," Ross tweeted Thursday

The show must go on for singer Diana Ross — no matter what the circumstance.

Authorities say an SUV driver ran a stop sign and crashed into her limousine in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday afternoon, but the popular entertainer still went on to perform at the Sands Event Center in Lehigh Valley that evening.

Ross, 72, complained of head and neck pain after the crash, authorities said. She was treated at the scene by paramedics and said she would seek additional treatment on her own. She was on her way to the performance at the time of the crash, according to authorities.

Ross tweeted Thursday that she was fine. "I ask you not to worry," she said.

No one else was injured in the crash, and the stretch Town Car Ross had been traveling in was towed from the scene.

Police on Thursday said the driver of the SUV who ran the stop sign, a 22-year-old woman from New Jersey, received a traffic citation.
