Kim Kardashian Wants to Run for Mayor

The reality starlet said she plans to go into politics in five years or so

Could Kim Kardashian be trading the red carpet for red tape?

If she's serious about plans to run for mayor of Glendale, Calif., then maybe.

"I decided I'm going to run for the mayor of Glendale," the reality star said to her little sis Khloe in an unaired clip from Sunday's episode of "Khloe and Lamar."

"I'm gonna be the mayor of Dallas, Mom said," Khloe replied, clearly nonplussed.

Undeterred, Kim continued — often interrupted by an apparently disinterested Khloe — to explain her plan for a mayoral campaign helmed by her friend Noelle:

"But so, for real: So Noelle is going to run my campaign, but it's going to be in, like, five years, for Glendale. So I have to buy a house there, you have to have residency there. So Noelle and I are like looking into all the requirements… and she's gonna help me with my campaign."

"That's so cool," said Khloe.

"'Cause it's, like, Armenian town," said Kim — whose family is of Armenian descent — of Glendale.

"That is fascinating, Kimberly. Fascinating," Khloe mockingly droned.

If Khloe is so unconcerned with her big sister's political plans, does that mean Glendale residents should be, too?
