Here's How to Live in Disney World

Ever dreamed of living at Walt Disney World? Today.com may have found your dream-come-true neighborhood.

Located just four miles from the Magic Kingdom, Disney's Golden Oak community is the first-ever area of its kind at the resort, with single-family homes available for whole-ownership purchase.

Amid a natural conservation area in Orlando, the development covers approximately 980 acres of land featuring both residential and commercial areas, according to a press release. The custom-built houses, which are inspired by old-world Mediterranean and Caribbean architecture, start at a hefty $2 million, and once fully developed, the gated community will have approximately 290 homes.

Amenities in Golden Oak include golf services, Disney Parks tickets and access to a private 17,000 square-foot clubhouse.
