The highly anticipated Bongos Cuban Cafe is the newest spot to the hit the block at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Enjoy authentic Cuban cuisine in the seven thousand square foot main room.Take your drinks out to the five thousand square foot rooftop lounge complete with a birds eye view of the property. The dining room will be open for lunch and dinner. The lounge is open on Fridays and Saturdays until 3 a.m.
