5/16: Take Sunday Slow

Slow food, chill tunes and free love.

EAT ME: You once at your entire lunch during a red light. Efficient, yes. Enjoyable, not so much. There's something to be said about being slow, and Todd English knows this -- which is why his restaurant, Da Campo Osteria is serving up a special slow foods dinner menu tonight. For $59, you'll get family-style dishes such as fresh pulled mozzarella and tomatoes, house-made ricotta ravioli, and Florida heritage pork.

PRAY FOR PLAY: Last time you went to Sunday Service, it was when you were dating that Catholic hottie. He went off to join the priesthood, and thus you're ready to party. Head to Bardot, where Sunday Service includes tunes by Maseo from De La Soul. Praise be to DJ. 10 P.M.

HIPPIE CHIC: Put the bra back in the closet, throw on your Birks and head to Greynolds Park for their annual Love-In. It's all things '60s, all day, including music, vintage clothing and memorabilia. Also on tap is a hula hoop contest and "hippie photo opportunities," whatever that means.  11 A.M.-6:30 P.M.
