9/13: Sundays Were Born to Run

Party with the Boss, Joey Porter, and Clifford the Big Red Dog

BORN IN THE U.S.A.: You'll find yourself dancing in the dark (maybe alongside Courtney Cox) with Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band live in concert. He was born to run, born to tour and born to rock at the BankAtlantic Center. You know you can't resist staring at that famous album cover of his cute little tushy with the American flag and the red cap every night, and is there really anything better than seeing it live? 7:30 P.M.

MIAMI DOLPHINS #1: Instead of on the field, celebrate with the Fins at club LIV as their all-pro #55 Joey Porter hosts the season kick-off celebration. "Imagine Sundays" will have additional sounds by Don P and Stevie J. It's a great way to toast to a good season. 11 P.M.

LIFE'S A CARNIVAL: Celia Cruz was right. It can't get any better than the Miami Children's Museum Family Carnival benefiting the arts and education programming. The family carnival will be jam-packed with games, specialty booths, a big bazaar featuring special gifts, a grand silent auction and lots more. Also, don't miss the 14 galleries inside the museum and don't miss their newest traveling exhibit, Adventures of Clifford the Big Red Dog for wacky theater shows and some paws-on fun. Tickets are $35 for children 12 and under; $50 for 13 years and older; or a special $500 package that includes four tickets, a family membership to the Museum and an exclusive Romero Britto tin. It's everything a child can ever dream of. 1-6 P.M.
