Celebrate Culture and Unity at Mardi Gras Festival in North Miami

NBC 6 is proud to support and celebrate culture and unity with the North Miami Mardi Gras Festival that will be held this Sunday, January 29th in Downtown Miami at NE 125th Street between 6TH & 12th Ave., from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The event, which has been in the works since 2013 and it’s organized by the City of North Miami, promises lots of music, food, marching bands, floats, colorful costumes and fun!

The carnival will also include performances from Caribbean and Latin-American artists such as Shaggy, T-Vice, Gabel, Locos Por Juana, DJ Gringo, Gabel, including former Haitian President, Michel “Sweet Micky” Martelly and much more.

Admission to the event is free.
