While the <i>Miami New Times </i> teases us by rolling out their list of Best this and Best thats one excruciating winner at a time, we wholly agree with their pick for Best New Restaurant Neighborhood. Midtown is the place to be for a wide array of cuisines among diners who are visibly excited to be there. Seriously, we've never heard anyone speak about Sugarcane or Sakaya Kitchen without using at least two exclamation points. Even more, longtime mainstays like Clive's and Enriqueta's still crank out consistently good fare that's worth their fair share of punctuation. Here's a list of our faves.
