GARDEN PARTY: If you love fashion and food, then The Second Annual Vizcaya Preservation Luncheon is where you need to dine this Friday. Hosted by Neiman Marcus, this luncheon, which also includes tours and a fashion show, takes place in the historic mansion’s gardens. Women are invited to dress elegantly including donning hats and other finery, while men are welcome to attend in sub-tropical dapper dress.
