Among other things, this duo makes art for all ages, including soft, smiling toys that sell internationally or a bounce house complex at the art fair Scope.
The artists behind FriendsWithYou, Sam and Tury, have created a world resembling rainbows and bubble letters, bringing us back to the youthful innocence of our childhood. Sounds like a pretty nice place, right?
Well, you can peek into their atmosphere tonight at the Get Luckies Kidrobot launch party and art show. Here you can meet the artists and check out the new zipper pull line, named the luckies. These luckies are designed to give you good luck and happiness - a great deal at any price.
Kidrobot, the store with toys for adults and clothes that look like they’re for children, has opened a new in-store art gallery. Collectors will be thrilled to know that FriendsWithYou will also be revealing eight original limited edition prints, numbered and signed by the artists. These will be the very first series of prints to have the official FWY embossed seal of authenticity.
The fun takes place today, from 6-8 p.m.at Kidrobot Miami, 638 Collins Ave, Miami Beach.
