This Saturday, you can take the rare opportunity to learn from the accomplished Chef Edgar Leal. Chef Leal is usually found at his restaurant, Cacao, in Coral Gables. Cacao is known for its Venezuelan fusion menu, its delicious ceviches and tiraditos, and its amazing desserts made with El Rey chocolate.
Chef Leal will prepare pumpkin foam, a ceviche, a risotto, and a chocolate souffle. It sounds trite, but Chef Leal knows how to transform simple ingredients into marvelous flavors. He will be teaching at the state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen at La Cuisine Gourmet.
